So, I came across this artist recently while perusing the bargain bookstore shelves. Her name is Sloane Tanen, and she creates images using those little yellow fuzzy chicks you usually put in Easter baskets. She sets them up into all these different humorous scenes. It's pretty clever.
She has several books out; some are for adults and some are for children. The two that I have gotten are, "Bitter With Baggage Seeks Same," and "Going For The Bronze." If you go to Daedalus you can get them each for about $3.00
